ORDERING AND SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Merchandise and fulfillment

Stocks are limited to our online and physical stores. We make every attempt to fulfill your order, and present real stock levels via our website. All web orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment of your order. Shipments are only processed once payment and delivery details have been approved. You will also recive an order and shipping confirmation via email once your items have shipped. Your package should arrive within 1-10 days, based on your location and your selected shipping method.  

Order Changes and Cancellation

Once orders have been placed, they cannot be altered or cancelled. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee. Once a package has shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

Sale Price Adjustment Policy

Sale price adjustments on items purchased seven days prior to the first day of a sale must be claimed within 7 days of the sale start date. Adjustments will be offered in the form of store credit only.

Returns on Special Orders

All special orders require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES GUIDELINES

Sloan/Hall Return and Exchange Policy

Regular price merchandise may be returned to Sloan/Hall for exchange or full refund. Returned goods must be received back to us, postmarked within 14 days of order date, or in person at one of our store locations. All goods must be intact, unworn or unused, in perfect condition and with all attached tags, original and specific packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, or shoe boxes. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and the refund refused  

The sale of all sale items, or reduced price items, are final, and are therefore not eligible for return nor exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If Sloan/Hall made a mistake in shipping, sloan/hall will reimburse both delivery and return.

Returns are processed within five business days of receipt of returned goods. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

Sloan/Hall does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, or insurance costs for returned items. Sloan/Hall also does not refund international duties and taxes. Sloan/Hall is also not responsible for any uninsured return items that are not received.

We suggest using UPS or USPS for return shipments, and recommend retaining the tracking number of your return package. We also recommend you include a copy of your receipt in the return box.

Any return items purchased on-line and returned to a store are regulated by the same return procedures as outlined here.

We cannot hold items for exchange.
